Renewals during the 2014 Festival:

For renewing your VIP/RSVD and Camping tickets, please visit the Information Tent anytime from 3:00-9:00pm on Thursday and 12:00pm - 9:00pm Friday-Sunday. If you do not renew your tickets at the festival, they will be available to the public starting Tuesday April 15th following the show (time TBD)

What type of payment is accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, AmEx and/or cash. No personal checks will be accepted.

 

EZ-Pay Option:

Want to split your Country Thunder purchase into 3 easy installments?  Instead of paying the full amount up-front, make your first payment today and pay the remaining balance on a monthly basis (payments are made automatically on the same day of each month). Upon receiving your final payment, Country Thunder will e-mail your tickets to the address you provided us in your profile. EZ-Pay is available until Jan 10th, 2014.

Who can renew what?

Campsites: Anyone can renew the campsite they currently have for the 2015 Festival. One cannot purchase a different site than the one they currently have until the festival is over and tickets go on sale to the public for the 2015 Festival.

*You can only renew the site you currently have. As the person who bought it for this 2013 festival has the option to renew it during the allotted renewal period.

VIP and RSVD Seating: Any VIP or RSVD seating ticket holder can renew the seats they currently have and can put in a request to upgrade.

Such requests will be addressed the week following the festival. Should Country Thunder be able to fulfill ones upgrade request, the VIP or RSVD ticket holder will be contacted and presented with the available seating options.

**Exceptions: (purchasing seats of another patron with their permission) Should a current ticket holder like to forgo their seats for next year's festival (decide not to renew) but a fellow VIP or RSVD ticket holder would like to purchase their seats, both parties MUST be present at the renewals tent. Country Thunder will then transfer the identified VIP or RSVD seats to the patron now purchasing the seats for the 2014 season and the current 2014 ticket holder acknowledges that they have relinquished their right to renew.
